The visit was great. It was such a delight watching aligators, sharks, turtle and other fish being fed! I really will like to come back again.
For just a few bucks you can enjoy this small aquarium with very knowledgeable staff. My family has made it a tradition to stop here each time we visit the area and feed the stingrays. You are able to re-enter the aquarium throughout the day, so make sure you ask for the schedule of feedings. No matter how old you are, it's always a thrill to hold an alligator! Take the time to talk to the staff, too!
What a great aquarium. My children had a blast. Is the aquarium huge? Nope. Does it need to be? Not when you have excellent employee's who are knowledgeable and excited to share. I recommend feeding the stingrays and sharks. Plan your trip to attend one or more of the shows. Pay for a visit and stop back in through out the day. If you are in Tarpon Springs you should visit.
This place is great. The staff is knowledgeable. We went as a homeschool group and both the kids and adults had fun.
This place is awesome. Family owned and volunteer run if I recall correctly. Don't come in expecting the Tampa Aquarium at channel side but it's a fun place where the spirit is of genuine care and love of these various animals and nature. I mean, sharks, gators, snakes. What more could you want x)
