I've only been to Capt Jack's 3x's ~ December 2016; May & July 2017; love the atmosphere with a huge waterfront outdoor dining area and bar....on all 3 occasions we had a party of 4 - 7
Bree is an excellent server. She was pleasant, attentive and always smiling. The atmosphere is amazing. If you do not have a great server, atmosphere is not enough. Also, the food is excellent and comes out promptly. It is one of our favorite places to visit when vacationing. Five stars to Bree for making this evening really special for us.
I live less than a mile from Capt Jacks, I've been coming here a couple times a month for over a year. Tonight was their last chance, this place should be making up for their fair quality food with decent service. It's gotten so bad you have to wave down a server and ask for menus and drinks. As a former restaurant manager I can truly rate this establishment as very poor. I will never visit here again after tonight despite the convenience of being so close to my home. I'll drive the 10 miles to go to Catches from now on.
We love Captain Jack's. Our waitress Michelle was welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our experience so much that we came back the next day. Thanks for the great times.
Awesome Grouper sandwich, The Pain Killer drinks where so good on a hot summer day, music was just right, the live band was enjoyable. We had a great meal and will come back over and over again. But what really made our day was our wonderful waiter Tim. He made the end of a great day on the water perfect. I think we will come back for him as much as the food
....& ordered mostly entrees... maybe combined total of 2 or 3 appetizers ordered... everything has been delicious.
