I took in an old junker bike I found on craigslist to be fixed up, and both Tom, and his son who work there were very patient with me, as I have a full time job and wasn't able to come in for 2 weeks to check in. They left me a voicemail, letting me know my junker probably wasn't worth the price of restoring it, and helped me find a very reasonably priced cruiser to replace it. They even gave me a 25 dollar credit towards the new bike!
I just moved into the neighborhood, and Tom's is literally a 5 minute walk from my new home, so I had high hopes when i first saw this shop touring the area. I was not disappointed!
