The mortuary misprinted my deceased family member's name, posted the wrong date for the memorial service on their web site, and the owner was first late for a meeting with family members and then nasty and arrogant when hearing complaints. Such apology as was received was insincere. Very unprofessional. Suggest those in need of mortuary services go to Moss-Feaster.
I attended a funeral at the Tarpon Springs home. Mr. Dobies and the rest of his staff were wonderful even inviting us to stay as long as we needed due to heavy rain. He has a great sense of humor which takes your mind off your loss for a moment. I highly recommend them. Just a wonderful place to celebrate your loved ones life.
