One of their vans almost hit my school bus. The driver carelessly backs up almost hitting our bus and we almost had an accident.
I had leaks in my roof, causing damage to my soffits. They came out and gave me an estimate They said they would come out and take down the soffits and find out where the leaks were coming from and take rotten wood out, and fix the problem. Also replace with cedar instead of partical board.
They do a great job..we have used them on many homes. Kim is the best and Mark is wonderful to talk to with the estimates...they both are very helpful.
THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH CONSTRUCTION LIENS IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR ITEMS YOU DID NOT ASK FOR BUT THEY SAY THEY PROVIDED. Beware of company's charging for items that you did not agree to during their proposal. They will add additional cost without your knowledge and later ask you for the money. They will threaten you with construction liens if you do not pay.

I was unhappy with the job.
Workers didn't come out with cedar. They said it didn't come in one inch and would have to be milled, which would cost a lot more. I agreed to put the "junk board" back on. They did a good job on the front corner of the house where the most damage was. On the other areas, they took off rotten soffit and you can see the plywood on the eves of the roof were rotten, from a roof leak. They put up new soffits, but did not fix the leaks or replace the rotten plywood on the roof. They said it would be extra because it wasn't on the estimate. Why would you not put that on the estimate? Make sure they write everything they tell you, on your estimate! My fault for not having everything that was said, put into writing!
