Good selection of pet supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best selection of dog food that I have seen outside of some of the specialty stores.
I purchased 2 cat harnesses. One fit perfectly so I took the other back to the store. I unfortunately misplaced the receipt. It wasn't in the bag. Simple enough give me a merchandise credit and I will purchase some car litter. No. People steal these cat harnesses so we can't give you a refund w/o a receipt, said the clerk. I don't want a cash refund. I just want to exchange the harness for something I can use. She points to some writing on the counter top (which is covered with merchandise). Oh, I said. Then no I don't want the liter. I bought the little cat toy and left. I won t be going there again. I've purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise since I got my cat in September 2016. Sad
Helpful friendly staff is always available to answer my questions and assist in finding what I need. They even offer to help bring the dog food out to the car when I buy the large bags.
Purchased an overpriced dog stuffed animal and it was ripped open within 2 minutes. Poor quality/material.
Amy helped us 3 days ago in finding what we needed to nurse the kittens. Tonight she spent an hour with us going over everything from dog food to dog training. She was not only informative but patient with the many questions we had.
3 days ago a visit to the Pasco Humane Society netted my family two four week old kittens and today I picked up an 8 month old Lab mix.
This is definitely our go to for pet supplies and advice from now on!
